Spring pasta with fresh greens!
Heat olive oil, add chili flakes, toss in chopped asparagus, fiddlehead ferns and ramps. Cook to soften, toss in cooked pasta (here I used cracked pepper fettuccine), add arugula leaves and mix. Salt and pepper to taste along the way, serve with Grano Padano or
