Asian vegan tofu bowl
I used mushrooms, carrots, red, yellow, orange bell peppers, green onions, broccoli and tofu. First I seasoned the tofu with Chinese 5 spice, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Then I cook the tofu in coconut oil until it's brown and a little crispy, I added the carrots half way through and then all the other veggies and flavor God garlic lovers seasoning. When everything started to get a little brown I add liquid aminos, garlic paste, ginger paste and sesame seeds. For the cauliflower rice: I put the raw cauliflower in the ninja until the pieces were small like rice. I got my pan really hot, added minced garlic the cauliflower and salt, mixed it around for maybe 3 min, put a top on it and turned it off. Opened the pan after like 7 min and it will be fluffed up like rice. Serve stir fry over cauliflower rice and top with green onion and more sesame seeds.
