Japanese noodles with short ribs
The ribs I marinated overnight with a little soy sauce, rice vinegar, Chinese 5 spice, pepper, sesame seeds, garlic powder and a little ginger/garlic paste. I didn't add salt because of the soy sauce. I grilled them on my stove top cast iron long grill pan and then sauced them with a homemade teriyaki sauce.
For the noodles, I boiled then set aside. I stir fried my veggies lightly then removed them. I poured oil in my smoking hot pan and tossed the noodles around for a few seconds then added back all the veggies plus sesame seeds and a secret stir fry sauce I make. You can use any store bought or find one online.
