I call this: whatever is in the fridge bread pudding. Sauté veggies, such as onions, garlic and carrots in a hot skillet, mix with greens and stale bread in a casserole dish and pour over a couple whisked eggs and a splash of milk. Top with some grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 425.
