In crock pot: pork tenderloin, chunked up pineapple, dash of apple cider vinegar, chunk of peeled ginger, diced red bell pepper, let hang out on low for 6-ish hours
Cook 1 c rice (used Thai purple sticky rice because I had some on hand) with 1 can coconut milk and 1 can water
Sauté chopped kale with in coconut oil with minced ginger and garlic and red pepper flakes
Combine in bowl and eat and feel all healthy and stuff
