Today's CSA box had delicious kohlrabi. Slightly peppery like a radish and sweet cabbage. Love it!
Peel kohlrabi bulb, grate, squeeze out liquid, mix with egg, bread crumbs, green onions, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Divide 1/4 cup potions of mixture in frying pan with a shimmer of oil. Fry both sides until golden brown. Serve with a dab of sour cream. Enjoy!
