Use any brownie recipe as a base - today is peanut butter and chocolate!
Melt chocolate, butter and espresso beans. Add in sugar. Bring to room temperature then stir in eggs, vanilla, flour and cocoa powder.
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla.
Dollop peanut butter on top of brownies and run a knife through to swirl.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
