Homemade granola breakfast
After several incarnations, I've settled on this granola recipe, so much tastier than anything from the shops and less sugar too. If you've never made it yourself, you must try. It keeps for ages, but it won't last long!
The cocoa nibs, although expensive, are amazing, their deep flavour comes out with the baking.
I usually combine with with soya yoghurt and fruit, my choice would be crunchy pear, plums or blueberries.
Mix buckwheat and rye flakes, cooconut flakes, chopped walnuts and almonds, cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds, ground cinnamon.
Coat with melted coconut oil and honey, and a lightly whisked egg white.
Bake low oven until golden.
Add chopped dates and goji berries.
