Left over grain salad egg scramble. Take leftover grain salad (I'm using @epicurious chickpea, barley and feta salad). Warm in skillet. Whisk two eggs with fresh cracked pepper, salt, turmeric, and a splash of water. Add eggs to warmed salad and cook until firm. Add red pepper flakes and more fresh fracked pepper. Serve over greens.
