Thaw puff pastry, in a small bowl mix sugar, strawberries and a splash of lemon juice. Thoroughly poke holes throughout pastry, leaving about 1/2 inch around the border to form lol..a border. Arrange strawberries and I sprinkled blueberries on top. Bake for 15-20 at 350 or until golden brown around edges. Drizzle with white chocolate.
