Chai Hot Chocolate
Loose leaf chai tea
Maple syrup (or any other sweetener of your choice)
Pinch of salt
For extra richness add a splash of cream
Dairy-free/vegan option: substitute milk with any dairy-free or nut milk of choice :)
Heat the milk with the tea to infuse, leave for a few minutes to steep. Strain.
Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder, adding maple syrup to taste (I used about 2 tablespoons)
Add a splash of cream (if using), and return to heat before serving. Enjoy!
