Spring soup made from odds and ends of veggies from our CSA I wanted to use before our next pickup tomorrow. This time it was Chicken stock, onions, new garlic, kale, canellini beans, asparagus, farrow, lemon zest & lemon juice. Some tips stolen from Heidi Swanson--use Rapunzel veggie boullions to stretch a stock (so useful to have in the kitchen) and use herb flowers for garnish.
