Coconut curry chickpeas, sauté onion garlic and red pepper, add half a can of diced tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander seed, cumin, salt, a touch of sugar, a small can of coconut milk, kale, and a can of chickpeas. Top with avocado and cilantro! Can be served over rice or quinoa.
