Combine 1/2 c rolled oats with 1.5 c water. Mash 1 banana. Add 1 tsp chia seeds, a bunch of cinnamon, a little less ginger, a pinch of nutmeg, and a splash of vanilla. Let cook until desired consistency. Add chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans, some frozen berries and a tbsp of natural peanut butter. Serve with coffee.
