Wild Alaskan Salmon is back in season for us East Coasters and I couldn't be more elated! I roasted this piece of salmon at 400 for 13 mins with a little salt and pepper. So incredibly fresh, delicious, and full of heart-healthy omega 3. ?
I made a quick salad with leftovers from the fridge. Mache, watermelon, blueberries, avocado, with a vinaigrette made of balsamic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.
