Energy bars! Walnuts, oats, dates, apples, cinnamon, sea salt, chia seeds and coconut.

2 cups walnuts
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups dates
2 cups chopped apples
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut

Toast walnuts and oats. Pulse them in food processor adding dates one at a time, then add apples in, pulse until moist. Stir in cinnamon, salt, chia seeds and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Simple, delicious and energizing!
