Leftover skillet quiche. Saute extra veggies/meat from the week in skillet and pour 4eggs+half cup milk or cream+half-3/4c of shredded cheese over saute. Bake @ 425 for 10-12 min and @350 for additional 7-10. Remove when browned in top.

Really this recipe could work with eggs+any combo of eggs+meat+cheese+veggies you have leftover from the week to make Sunday night dinner in a single pan.
