Using up my sourdough discard! Sticky buns :)

Approximately 500grams discard (from feeding starter every three days... I save discard in container in fridge). I add approx 1cup water, 1/2 tbsp yeast, 1/2 tbsp salt, a splash of oil, a healthy handful of brown sugar, and 1.5-2 cups all purpose flour. Mainly no-knead, 2hr rise with a couple of stretch and folds. Once rolled out I spread on a combo of melted butter, white and brown sugars, salt, cinnamon, and a dollop of lyles golden syrup. Bake about 30 min at 350. No recipe... I mainly wing-it. Sugar, butter, cinnamon - what could go wrong?!!!

I love making sticky buns too! Will definitely have to try with sourdough.
