Grain: Israeli couscous with quinoa and lentils
Roasted veggies: zucchini and carrots (sea salt, olive oil, and make syrup for the carrots)
Braised Kale with dashi
Curry drumstick (curry powder, paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper)
Toasted almonds on top!
