Pan-fried tofu (coat in cornstarch so it doesn't stick to the pan), steamed asparagus, onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauce made of peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and assorted Asian condiments. Served on leftover quinoa and barley, and topped with parsley.
