There's a new favorite snack in town—pimentón baked chick peas. Strain and rinse one can of chickpeas, toss with a teaspoon of pimentón, a teaspoon of salt and a glug of olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes—until they're starting to get crispy. Sure, they're great on salads but they haven't managed to make it that far in our kitchen yet...
