Last Minute Bread Pudding;
6 pieces stale bread
2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
•Break apart bread
•Use 1tbsp of butter to coat the bottom of your pan
•Use the remaining 2tbsp to drizzle over bread before mixing in everything else
•Pour mixture over bread
•Optional: Sprinkle brown sugar over the top
•Bake at 350degrees for 45mins
You can use any type of bread so instead of 6 pieces of loaf bread, I used 4 pieces of wheat bread and 2 mini cinnamon raisin bagels.
I served it with vanilla ice cream and a bit of Nutella. Enjoy!
