Slow roasted salmon with all the herbs (275° for 20ish minutes). Meanwhile, I made a quick pot of rice pilaf and charred some romanesco cauliflower with shallots and lemon. Topped it off with a good dose of lemon juice, basil, and Parmesan shards. Dinner in 30 minutes!
