According to my man those brioches are a must have to either brunch or back from work snacks.
Here is what you'll need to do:
Let sit 75gr of butter at room tempt (it must be quiet soft when you'll use it)
Pour in a mixer bowl 350gr flour, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp of salt, mix together.
Warm up 175ml of milk in a pot, add 1 & 1/2 tsp of dehydrated yeast and whisk well.
Pour the milk into the dry ingredients, add one egg, and the butter. Knead (using the kneading hook) until the dough is detaching from the bowl, smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let sit in warm environment for 30 minutes. (I personally turn on the oven at 50*celisus |122*F| and put the bowl in).
Pour flour on the working plan, then start kneading the dough and form the buns (between 8 to 10). Add some wax paper to your baking sheet, and add the buns. Cover again with the tea towel and let sit for, at least, an hour (still using the warm oven).
Turn on the oven at 180*C |356*F|.
Mix an egg, 1tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla sugar, then brush the buns with this mixture. I added some pink pralines on top. Bake for 25 minutes! The buns must be golden brown. Let cool down and enjoy! They'll please everybody in the family.
