Curry Shrimp is a quick and flavorful dinner. I start with about 8-9 large shrimp, slice onions, red bell peppers and you can also add what ever else veggies you want. Heat up a tablespoon of EVOO, put a teaspoon of curry powder and heat that up, and then sautéed the veggies. For the shrimp, season with curry powder, salt and pepper, Cajun seasoning. Once veggies are tender add shrimp and cook until they are done!
