Tenderloin beef crostinis with horseradish cream

Cook tenderloin beef steaks according to your preference (I used sous-vide and then seared the steaks), let it cool and then pop in the freezer for 15 minutes for easier slicing.

Place on top of homemade crostini and top with a dollop of whipped cream cheese mixed with horseradish cream and a sprinkle of chopped chives.
