A super easy appetizer! Baked wonton wrappers with avocado wasabi mousse. Topped with pickled onions and chives.

Thinly slice 1/4-1/2 cup red onion (make extra, you'll want to eat them on everything)
Small muffin tin- greased. 12 wonton-greased. Cut 1/4" from each side to make a slightly smaller square. 325 for about 5-10
Large avo- Tbsp wasabi paste (or more)
Process till smooth. I add Greek yogurt a little at a time until comes to pudding consistency.
Cool wontons- fill wontons- top wontons- eat wontons

How do you pickle your onions?

Oops, left that part out! Add enough lime juice to cover with pinch of salt. Let mingle for at least an hour. They usually last about 2 weeks in refrigerator
