This wild rice lentil salad is loosely inspired by a basmati and trout one that we had in Athens at a place called Melilotos. Boil wild rice. Combine with some lentils. I used lentils vert. Add plenty of chopped dill and scallions. Toss with olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and season with wild thyme. Toss thinly sliced radishes. Top with salmon flakes and toasted almonds.
