Sweet and Sour Glazed Turnips
Our CSA box had Hakurei turnips and early sweet onions. I thought agrodolce.
If turnips are golf ball sized, leave whole unpeeled. If larger, trim and peel turnips and onions. Cut in wedges. Put into saucepan with water, honey, and sea salt. Simmer until tender and liquid forms a glaze. Stir in a splash or two of balsamic vinegar. Serve over barely steamed turnip greens. Enjoy!
