pantry pasta: mix up a sort of a salsa verde (parsley, basil, mint, garlic, a squeeze of anchovy paste, a squeeze of tomato paste, dollop of Dijon, red wine vinegar, pine nuts, olive oil), mix this with an egg and Parmesan. Add to whole wheat linguine off the heat. I added some olives and Swiss chard too.
