A quick, impromptu shakshuka ♥️
Sautee onions and garlic with olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add canned fire-roasted tomatoes, cumin, paprika, sumac, parsley, lemon pepper, salt. Sprinkle with a little feta cheese (or try another sharp cheese if you don't have feta), then crack eggs over the top. Bake at 375 for about 10-12 minutes. Serve with toast.
