Dice onion. Chop asparagus. Sautée in olive or coconut oil until tender. Dice smoked salmon. Whisk eggs. Add chopped fresh dill to eggs.

Add ingredients to cast iron pan or oiled dish. Bake in oven at 350 until set in the middle.
