Pork tenderloin cubes that were marinated for 30 hours in garlic, ginger, basil, lime zest, soy sauce and oil. Added salt and pepper while grilling. Adapted a Food52 recipe for whole tenderloin grilled. Marinades affect only 1/8 inch; cubes expose more surface, and were fully cooked in 10 minutes. Served with panfusine's Sesame Rice, grilled zucchini and roasted cauliflower.
