On the table in 30 minutes! Heat cast iron skillet and a little olive oil. Salt and pepper chicken thighs (bone in) and cook until golden then flip and cook the other side. Meanwhile mash Yukon gold potatoes with butter, goat milk and a generous amount of chèvre. Broil asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Everything gets a squeeze of lemon.
