California cherries are overflowing in our farmers market. After eating as many as we could, I made a farrow and sweet cherry salad with bits of pecorino and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It has the sweet, salty flavors I love and high protein farrow. I cooked the farrow for 20 minutes in salted water and drained it. Cut up the cherries in a "free form" style, cut up the final bits of pecorino I had and tossed it with a balsamic and olive oil dressing.#cherries #farrow
