Leftover Yummy Bowl
After a busy week of meal prep, empty fridge of leftovers. Choose your favorite things and add them to a bowl!
Here- leftover roast salmon, beets, quinoa tossed with chopped broccoli and kale, Adzuki and sunflower sprouts with an avocado that needed to be eaten and some pickled carrots and daikon. All was topped with a lemony tahini dressing.
