We're ready to invite ourselves over to Karina's, just look at these fried zucchini blossoms!

They're not stuffed, she just dipped them in a batter made beer (Peroni in this case) and 1 cup of all-purpose flour -- remember to stir gently so you don't deflate the bubbles. Fry them in 2 inches of vegetable oil, sprinkle with sea salt and eat immediately.
