Breakfast grains! I used amaranth and quinoa, with various dried fruits and fresh blueberries.
1 part grains:1 part some type of milk (I used vanilla almond milk):1 part water
Boil, then reduce heat and cook covered until grains are almost done. Add healthy amount of cinnamon and nutmeg while cooking.
Throw in dried fruit (I used a combo of apricots, cranberries, and golden raisins and cook until grains are fully done.
Mix in fresh blueberries or other fresh fruit while grains are still hot.
Enjoy with some honey or yogurt or alone!
