No rise thin crust spelt pizza because sometimes you just want some good pizza without the wait

1 c all purpose flour
1/2c spelt flour
1/2tsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 sea salt
1/2c warm water
2tbsp olive oil

Proof yeast in water with honey once foamy add in the flour and salt olive oil stir with wooden til dough forms on a lightly floured surface knead for a few minutes and then allow dough to rest while the oven heats up to 500F roll out very thin and add minimal toppings bake for 8-10 mins

Hi sorry for getting back so late but really with all dough it's about the right amount of flour to liquid ratio sometimes depending on humidity you'll need more or less flour or liquid

Yum! Any tips for using spelt flour? We've made a few things and they tend to come out pretty dense. Though I'm wondering if our flour just isn't fresh enough...
