Easy chirashi with smoked salmon, marinated octopuses and salmon roe!

To cook sushi rice, add a mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar to cooked rice while it is relatively hot. Once cooled, add minced vinegar ginger and shiso. Decorate the rice with fishes (marinated for ten minuets with soy sauce and mirin), toasted sesame seeds and sprouts.
