Miso oats, veggies, and chicken (with garlic too)!
Precook oats in water with a bit of soy sauce and steam some asparagus for about four minutes. Meanwhile, stir fry a few peppers in vegetable oil, then chop and add the steamed asparagus and some spinach. Now for the sauce! Mix some miso, garlic, soy sauce, and a bit of water then microwave for 20 seconds to thin. Add sauce to stir fry, and throw in the cooked oats and some leftover chicken. Presto! Easy and scrumptious lunch
