Fried rice on the go...
Took some leftover jasmine rice and some cooked chopped broccoli and put into a microwaveable container. Added some chopped onion, olive oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, five spice powder, ground ginger. Microwaved until hot. Then in a separate small microwaveable container with a lid, scrambled one egg with a few drops of sesame oil. Microwaved that for about 1 minute until cooked. Then combined the egg with the rice mixture. Made a great meatless Monday lunch!
