"I'm trying not to go grocery shopping for the rest of the month" tuna casserole: Cook up ~half a pound of whatever odds and ends of pasta you have (mine happened to be penne and orzo, though I usually use bow ties when making tuna casserole). In an 8x8, mix together two cans tuna, one can cream of mushroom soup, one can cream of celery, half of a green pepper diced and a handful of shredded pepper jack. Add in the cooked pasta, then mix that in with a dash of crushed red pepper and garlic powder. Top with crushed Sriracha potato chips from Trader Joes and a handful or two of shredded Mexican style blend shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
