Still working on my "en papillote" skills... Using aluminum foil! Red snapper, fresh dill , chopped kalamata olives and sun dried tomatoes, surrounded by thinly sliced Yukon gold potatoes. Fold into a square to seal edges and bake about 15 minutes @400degrees Fahrenheit. The fish is moist and the potatoes tender. Easy Monday night dinner.
