Y'all, you should really put Boursin in your polenta. Along with bay leaves, butter, milk and Parmesan. But the Boursin makes it magical.

I agree. I even make my own roasted garlic version and use it in scrambled eggs, grits, oh and add some to your spaghetti....yum!! Yours looks so good I may go brew a batch!
