Gluten and dairy free open faced banh mi.

Make pork meatballs. Ground pork, garlic, onion, chili paste, soy sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cornstarch. Fork into balls and bake until browned. Served on homemade gluten free whole grain toast with quick pickled carrots, sauerkraut, and cashew "sour cream."
