Roasted some Broccolini for about 15-20 with a little Olive oil and Caramelized Onions and a little Garlic in a Smokey Paprika Butter sauce served over Creamed Millet(cooked low and slow for about 30 minutes. I've been experimenting with grinding Millet to get a smoother consistency similar to Polenta.

I actually used my Nutri-Bullet, but you could certainly use a food processor. ☺️
