Just your standard leftover fried rice, but a few things: Kohlrabi, cubed and fried was great in this. And I discovered something cool. I couldn't find cornstarch to toss the tofu in, so in the most lazy way possible I rolled the tofu around in the bowl used to beat the egg, then sprinkled some cream of wheat (!) on it. It ended up perfectly crispy and delicious. The rest is up to you and how you like your fried rice. We did tons of spinach and ginger, as well as some garlic, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro and peanuts (pretty much whatever we had around. I like to say in my best Tevya voice: "from such leftovers come more leftovers."
