Boil 1 cup of white vinegar, 1 cup of red wine vinegar and a cup of sugar. Cool and then chill in the fridge. Pour over radishes, carrots, jalapeno, garlic, and whatever else suits your fancy. Add a lil chopped cilantro. Add salt to taste. Delicious in a Banh Mi sandwich.
