Don't-have-many-eggs-left quiche with caramelized onions, mushrooms and tomato.
Make your favorite crust. Fry onions and mushrooms while it's freezing. Add some balsamic to that. Chop some tomato and prep some cheese.
Blind bake the base and prep your eggs. I think I only had 4 - whisk with milk. Once your base is cooked, cheese it and bake again. Arrange your toppings on it and then cover with egg mix. Bake until it looks done - depends on your eggs!
